Waitlist and newsletter sign-ups. When you join our waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address.

Booking information. When you book an appointment with us, we use Acuity Scheduling, a third-party booking platform, to manage the process. This means we (and Acuity, on our behalf) collect your name, email address, phone number, and appointment details. If our booking or intake forms ask about health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or anything else relevant to your treatment, that information is also collected so we can provide safe and appropriate treatment.

Purchase information. If you purchase a digital product (such as a recording) or make a payment through our website or Acuity, we collect billing information such as your name, email, and payment details, processed securely by our payment provider.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, manage, and confirm your bookings and appointments

  • Deliver any digital products or recordings you purchase

  • Notify you when the full website launches and give you early access to booking, if you've joined the waitlist

  • Send you newsletters, updates, or marketing content you've opted in to receive

  • Understand how visitors use our website, so we can improve it

  • Meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations

  • Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn: if you use the share buttons on our site, or interact with us via these platforms

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

International data transfers

Some of the third parties listed above (including Squarespace, Acuity, and Google) may store or process your information outside the UK and European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your information. How long we keep your information

  • Waitlist and newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them

  • Booking and appointment records are kept for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically up to 6 years for financial records, in line with UK requirements), after which they are deleted or anonymised

  • Browsing data is retained only as long as necessary for the analytics purposes described in our Cookie Policy

Your rights

  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
